At Lil Ones Day School, we believe that children are born ready to learn — and that learning happens best in a safe, loving, and engaging environment. Since opening our doors, we’ve dedicated ourselves to helping little ones develop confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

At Lil Ones Day School:

Our Team
The heart of Lil Ones Day School is our incredible team of caregivers, teachers, and support staff — many of whom have been with us for years. Every day, they bring warmth, patience, and enthusiasm to the children in their care.
All staff members meet or exceed Idaho state licensing requirements and maintain CPR and First Aid certification, along with annual professional development training.
Anita Goodrich — Director
Anita joined Lil Ones Day School in 2014, beginning in the baby room before moving into leadership just a few years later. Her passion for creating a nurturing and educational environment has shaped the culture of the school. As Director, Anita leads with care, dedication, and a deep love for every child who walks through the door.

A beloved part of Lil Ones since 2003, Grandma Gail is known for her warmth, humor, and ability to make every child feel special. She’s the heart of communication at our school and a friend to everyone who visits.
Rachel Olivas — Lead Teacher & Administrative Assistant

Since joining in 2016, Rachel has been an essential part of both our classrooms and administrative team. A mother of five, she brings flexibility, organization, and a genuine care for children of all ages.

Beth has been with Lil Ones since its beginning in 2003. A mother of three, she is the foundation of our preschool program, inspiring children with creativity and structure that prepares them for kindergarten success.

Winter joined in 2018 and quickly became a favorite among students and parents alike. A proud boy mom and sports fan, Winter fills her classroom with energy, encouragement, and unforgettable stories.

Since 2016, Gina has been the heartbeat of our toddler rooms. A mother and grandmother, she leads with love, motivation, and wisdom. Known as a staff mentor and constant encourager, she will be greatly missed when she retires in 2026.

Veronica joined in 2019 and is known for her sense of humor and joyful spirit. A mother of three, she keeps her classroom fun, creative, and full of laughter — it’s no wonder every child adores her.

Hailing from the great outdoors of Alaska, Lexi joined in 2021 and brings a spontaneous, fun-loving attitude to her classroom. A mother of three, she creates adventures in learning every day.

Venessa joined Lil Ones in 2023 and immediately captured the hearts of our youngest learners. A mother of five, she finds joy in watching babies reach each new milestone and celebrates every “first.”

Vasti started as an after-school aide and loved caring for the babies so much that she joined full-time after graduation in 2024. Her dedication, gentleness, and love for little ones shine in everything she does.

Shailey has been part of Lil Ones since she was just nine months old! She began as a helper and grew into one of our most beloved aides. Energetic, caring, and fun, Shailey brings light to every room she enters.

A former student herself, Delacut returned in 2022 to give back to the place she grew up in. Her heart for helping others and commitment to learning make her a wonderful role model for our kids.

Kelly and Carl Judd have owned and operated Li’l Ones for almost 24 years now (since February 2002). They love the children that have been entrusted to their care and are extremely grateful to be part of such a wonderful community.
