Our center is open from 6:30am to 6pm, Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays).
Ratios vary by age group to meet state licensing requirements. For example, our infant rooms maintain a 6:1 ratio, while our preschool rooms maintain a 12:1 ratio.
Enrollment typically starts with a tour of the facility, followed by submission of a completed application, current immunization records, and payment of the $50 registration fee. We often maintain a waiting list.
While we encourage potty training, we understand it's a process. Children in the younger toddler classes are not required to befully trained, but we ask for your partnership in reinforcing training efforts. Our preschool children are typically expected to be potty-trained, there are different rates for both
options.
Tuition covers care, educational activities, and an AM snack, lunch, and PM snack. Diapers must be provided by the parents.

Children exhibiting signs of fever ([e.g., 100.4°F or higher]), vomiting, diarrhea, consistent cough or a contagious rash must be kept home. They can return 24 hours after symptoms have cleared without the use of fever-reducing medication. All siblings should remain home as well.
We have a strict allergy-aware policy. Parents must provide a detailed allergy action plan signed by a doctor for any allergens. Our center is peanut/tree-nut free, and we work to accommodate all documented dietary needs. Specialized milks must be provided by parents.
Yes, all lead staff, teachers, and aides are required to hold current Pediatric First Aid and CPR certifications, which are regularly renewed.
Our facility has sign-in/out procedures, which are conducted in the main office, and maintains closed-circuit monitoring in all classrooms and common areas. We also conduct regular safety drills.
We can only administer over-the-counter medication with a completed and signed Medication Authorization Form from the parent and the original container labeled with the child's name and dosage instructions. All prescription medications must have the medication authorization form completed by a physician. We do have Tylenol and ibuprofen at the center for use as needed, but will never administer without parent permission.

We implement a weekly theme, and play-based, developmental, Creative Curriculum that focuses on social-emotional development, early literacy, math, and motor skills through engaging, age-appropriate activities.
We use the ProCare childcare app with daily digital reports, attendance, and billing capabilities to share daily activities and to maintain communication. Parents are also encouraged to check in with the teacher at pickup or drop-off.
We use positive guidance techniques, focusing on redirection, clear communication of expectations, and teaching conflict resolution skills. We focus on understanding the cause of the behavior rather than simply punishing it.
Yes, we incorporate outdoor time twice daily, weather permitting. We follow a guideline to stay indoors if the temperature is below 40°F, or above 80°F, during severe weather, or unsafe air quality measurements.
Please pack at least one complete change of seasonally appropriate clothes, diapers (if applicable), and a labeled water bottle (Preschool Only). We provide all the children with a designated blanket for their use during the day, and nap time. Please leave toys and other belongings home.
